We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so you can return any eligible product, within 7 days from the date of purchase. If your items meet the eligibility requirements, you can request:

  • A refund via your original form of payment
  • Exchange for a different item of the same value

Which items are eligible for return or exchange?

  • Discounted or sale items are ineligible—they cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • No refund/exchange on perishable products.
  • For hygiene reasons innerwear/undergarments cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
  • All returns or exchanges must be in their original packaging, with tags.
  • All returns or exchanges must be in brand new condition, with no signs of use or wear.
  • All returns or exchanges must be received by us within 7 days of your package delivery.
  • Return can be done only at the store the goods have been purchased from.
  • If the product recieved is defective, damaged, wrong or incomplete due to sellers fault.

Returns can be done between 8:00 AM-7:00 PM , Monday-Sunday
