We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so you can return any eligible product, within 7 days from the date of purchase. If your items meet the eligibility requirements, you can request:
- A refund via your original form of payment
- Exchange for a different item of the same value
Which items are eligible for return or exchange?
- Discounted or sale items are ineligible—they cannot be returned or exchanged.
- No refund/exchange on perishable products.
- For hygiene reasons innerwear/undergarments cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
- All returns or exchanges must be in their original packaging, with tags.
- All returns or exchanges must be in brand new condition, with no signs of use or wear.
- All returns or exchanges must be received by us within 7 days of your package delivery.
- Return can be done only at the store the goods have been purchased from.
- If the product recieved is defective, damaged, wrong or incomplete due to sellers fault.
Returns can be done between 8:00 AM-7:00 PM , Monday-Sunday
