Navigator Notification

This section explains how users can enable notifications for orders received on Navigator.

Configuring Desktop Notification​

  1. Open Navigator on your browser, a pop-up will appear

    notifications for Desktop devices

  2. Click Allow to show notification

Configuring Mobile App Notification​​

Navigator is designed to open on mobile and be able to get order notifications. Please follow below steps

Step 1: Turn on notifications for Android devices. ​​

  1. From Android phone, go to Settings -> Notifications

  2. Select App Notifications

  3. Select Chrome

  4. Turn on Allow notification

Step 2: Enable order notification on browser​

  1. Open Navigator in your browser using the correct login credentials.

  2. A pop-up will appear to allow notification.

  3. Click Allow

If we missed Allow notification,​

  1. Open Navigator in your browser.

  2. Tap on the lock button on the search bar.

  1. Tap on Permissions ->Notifications

  2. Turn on Allow notifications
