This feature helps you run fun campaigns where customers get coupons based on what they buy. You choose:

  • Which product the coupon applies to
  • How many coupons to give per quantity
  • The total number of coupons for the campaign

Your customers will receive coupons automatically after they place an order — no extra work needed.

You can view all coupons in Navigator, and customers can see theirs in the Storefront under “My Coupons”.

Winners are chosen manually by you, outside the platform.

What You Can Track

lucky In Navigator, you’ll see:

  • Coupon ID
  • Customer details
  • Linked order
  • Product
  • Quantity purchased
  • Total coupons earned

You can search by coupon ID to pick winners manually.

How It Works

  1. Choose a product you want to promote.

  2. Set how many coupons a customer will get per quantity purchased (e.g., 2 coupons per item).

  3. When customers buy that product, they’ll receive coupons based on:

    Quantity purchased × Coupons per product

    Example: You set 2 coupons per saree. If a customer buys 2 sarees, they’ll receive 4 coupons.

  4. Customers can view all their coupons under “My Coupons” in the Storefront menu.

  5. You can view and search all coupons generated in Navigator and even export them.

  6. You decide the winners manually (offline, lucky draw box, spreadsheet, or your own tool).
