Overview​

This feature allows store owners to engage potential buyers who stay on a product page for some time by displaying a CTA. The pop-up encourages buyers to send a WhatsApp message to the seller with a pre-filled product link and a customizable message decided by the seller.

Purpose​

To increase customer engagement and facilitate direct communication between buyers and store owners, potentially leading to higher conversion rates.

How It Works​

  1. When the Pop-up Appears

    • If a buyer stays on a product page for some time, a pop-up will appear.

  2. What the Pop-up Shows

    • The pop-up will display a message, encouraging the buyer to take action.
    • It includes a button labeled "Message on WhatsApp".

  3. Sending the WhatsApp Message

    • When the buyer clicks the "Message on WhatsApp" button, it opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing the product link.
