Order Feedback

Customers can able to provide feedback for the orders which are delivered, this feature may help to improve the quality of the service provided by the store.

The feedback section included the star rating and the description feild

Storefront​

In the storefront customers can able to provide feedback for the orders delivered

  1. Find out order history from side menu
  2. Find the Send Feedback button on the order and click on it
  3. Provide the feedback by sharing the comments along with a star rating
  4. Once the feedback is submitted, The order will show the star rating on the order history
