The WhatsApp enquiry button on the product page of the NearMe platform allows potential customers to quickly and easily contact the seller directly through WhatsApp. This feature enhances communication between the seller and customers, facilitating immediate responses to queries about the products, availability, pricing, or any other concerns.

How It Works

  1. Customer Interaction:

    • The WhatsApp Enquiry button is displayed on each product page, below the "Add to Cart" button.
    • When clicked, the customer is directed to WhatsApp.
    • A pre-filled message including the product link is generated, making it easy for you to identify which product the enquiry is about.
  2. Responding to Enquiries:

    • Once the enquiry is sent, you will receive it directly on your WhatsApp.
    • From here, you can engage with the customer, answer their questions, and assist them in making a purchase.
